Atrocious
The meaning of Atrocious: "of a very poor quality; extremely bad or unpleasant." One of our partners wanted to upgrade, I suggested we do it online .. painless, quick and timeously. WHAT A MISTAKE - Started the process 18/08/2017 TODAY 11/09/2017 and still NO handset . Lets see if I'm going to get a response ... and a resolution that will be in the interest of the client this time around.
