***** at MTN

I contacted MTN to update my contract only to find out, a sim deal was taken out on my name by MTN with my knowledge or consent, I reported it as ***** to MTN and was advised to wait 21 days, we are way pass 21 days and to date I did not receive any feedback from MTN and I need to upgrade, this is absolutely terrible service.
