We have been to a store to attempt to sort out a problem and we have tried the call centre. The arrogant call centre agent Hadifele refuses to help and further refused requests to be transferred to a supervisor. Aside being furious I need a problem sorted and if there is Anyone with some level of people s****s and technical capability is welcome to contact me to resolve what should be a basic issue.
