At last!
Thank you Sheree at Tokai branch! After 4 months the extra G was removed from my bill. You really tried and supported me through out this time. However, now they added the R180.00 for the G which they removed, to my account. They still want me to pay this!! You know what, Im going to pay it, just forget about the last 4 months. Thank you though, you were great!
