Astoundingly bad service!

MTN has the worst customer support I've ever experienced, everything is automated and just redirects you back to the website. You try calling, you get an automated response, you try emailing you get an automated response, you try Whatsapping them, guess what, you get an automated response. And all these automated responses are utterly useless. I can't imagine dealing with this for a whole contract period. Worst service ever!
