<p>Yeterday, 18 April 2017, I complained about the extremely poor service from MTN in my attempt to cancel an excisting contract.</p> <p>Yesterday afternoon MTN in the form of Mike, phoned and solved my problem in a matter of minutes. He was efficient, effective and courteous. Thank you for restoring MTN 's reputation and for the kindness and attentiveness in dealing with my request. </p>
