Assistance

I write this email looking for assistance. My account number with MTN is BA*** i had an outstanding balance of R1645.00, therefore the Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates asked me to pay R 1845.00 which i did and even send the proof of payment to them on the 12th of July 2024, so now when i request a clearance letter from them they take me to pillar to post. I'm still waiting for clearance letter till today, MTN and SSDA does not want to update my profile, and this is so frustrating because i tried so many times to call them and even send mane E-mails to them, but nothing is promising.

The attached is the proof of payment made to MTN and given the banking details by Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates.

I'm so frustrated because of these two companies.
