Assistance

I've a complaint against MTN and SSDA collection. After so many calls i received from them demanding payment, I did as they demanded. I requested a clearance letter from them, till today I didn't receive anything, when i call them, one would say "we are waiting for MTN to respond, the other would say," SSDA collection would have given you already. Please assist a frustrated client, because this thing its blocking my way.
