ASKING FOR MONEY CONSTANTLY EVEN AFTER POP HAS BEEN SENT

am highly disappointed in your terrible service.

I have now made an additional payment of R440 into your account even though I do not owe this money. But regardless of how many times I have queried the issue with you the issue never gets resolved. Even after sending proof of payments 3 times proving that I have paid the money to you I still get told I'm in arrears.

I am disgusted and disgruntled.
