Ask for a transfer and half a job done. Now they expect me to do all the docs again 3 months later

<p>Mtn norwood was supposed to transfer my account from one business to another in December 2016. Spent hours preparing all the docs. Took almost 2 months but now last month I noticed only 1 cellphone number out of about 10 was moved to the new account. I went there now and the guy tells me I need to get all the docs again. Told him not a chance. He even showed me his email stating it's an account move. I requested this and that is what was supposed to be done. I'm beyond ****ed. Their issue and stupidity and now I must comply. Sorry. They must transfer or there's going to be further repercussions . Tired of stupid people in this world doing stupid things. </p>
