Asanda from MTN Retentions Cape Town, worst customer service ever!!

Cancellation mail sent on 16.05.2024 for contract related to line ***. Confirmed receipt of mail and requested further information on 16.05.2024 and response on 17.05.2024. Second reminder sent on 01.06.2024 for the cancellation. Still confirmed receipt and never cancelled the contract. Called in on 01 July 2024. Sent from pillar to post but ended up with a rude retentions officer from Cape Town. Name was Asanda. She said that she is Asanda from Retentions Cape Town. No surname. Only cancelled the contract on 01.07.2024. Gave Ref no ***. Received mail today from MTN that stated that they do not have transcripts of the mails ( Which I have) that were sent to them in May and in June 2024.
