As on 29th June I report my divice stole I call customer care and report it they even send me a ref number, but as I follow it up I saw on location the fone is still active so I call again and report it I email also and as well mtn send me a document what I need to complete with a affidavit I send everything thru on the 10th August and still nothing from mtn as I trace location again today I feel how long for service and calls!! Very bad service!!
