DONT EVER TAKE OUT ANYTHING FROM THEM!

When I joined MTN on the 27th of May and paid Pro-rata for May plus premium for June 2024, I was asked to pay R579.48, which I did.

My router was delivered on the 30th of May.

I received a bill for R1,030.19. that was due 04 June. To my knowledge I am only supposed to pay R499 by the 1st of July 2024.

Last night my 5G home wifi was turned off and I am now being demanded to pay again. If this is the case I would like to rather return my router and receive a refund pro-rated for the rest of June and I will rather like to return to my previous ISP.
