Following the insurance query posted earlier we did in fact get a response, thanks to Hello Peter, but it appears that mtn too use this platform to sweet talk their customers, they requested we pay the excess and forward the proof of payment, which was promptly paid and proof submitted, they made an undertaking for delivery of the handset (?????) A week later they still looking for the deposit of the excess from us. Another 2 months will go by while they waffle over this, in the meantime we paying for a contract without a handset , Mtn wake up!!!! If your customers get their handsets back without delay, your revenue increases, its not a complicated business concept, how do explain this to your shareholders and the board, no wonder you had to pay 70 odd million to a foreign country for your lackadaisical attitude
