Arrogant mtn call center agents and mtn itself

firstly i stay in dawn park. the network coverage there is so bad. twice i less than six month they mnt has had been fixing tower next to my place. if its equipment that needs to be change it takes them 3 months to replace it.

I called customer service then the first service desk said his email isn't working he transferred me to a guy called babalo thombela. what is funny is the first agent said he could see info on their system but as proof i wanted to mail him info. that's when the transferred my call. the babalo was telling me to use the number on modem to call as i was using another number. He said he can't help me because i'm using a different number. Both the numbers are registered under my name. as to what number i use it is material to check why data was depleting? Really. babalo is arrogant he doesn't even listen to my query. if this is the attitude of the agents and mtn then we have a problem in this country. if it is not data depleting or network coverage then we might as well shut this country.
