Arrogant ******** staff wanting to avoid giving the voucher

Horrible service from the glen mtn store. The store situated near Postnet

Signed up a contract for a Samsung z fold 4 and a gift voucher of R1500 is advertised. We were given the story to send proof of purchase and I'd to a watsapp number and the voucher will be forwarded. Sent the details then got asked for a delivery address when querying what is being delivery no response For two days no response. Called the store and left messages for the salesman to call back and a whole day later no call back. Arrived at the store and then someone decided to assist by calling the Samsung person

The lady walked in with a 2litre coke in her. Gave me a story answer what the system wants provide it . Tried explaining the unprofessional arrogant nt lady that it was meant to be virtual voucher. She doesn't know anything. I asked who can I call as the watsapp is apparently a computer. I asked can I speak to a human and she said no. And walked away whilst I was still talking to her.
