Arrogant consultants and pathetic service provider

I have called MTN insurance on the 11th May 2020 and spoken to the most *********** person I can't get to the name however I requested for insurance to be cancelled on one of my contracts and the lady advised me of the process and notice il serve only than the service would be cancelled of which I understand and seemed fair. I received my bill in July and see that I'm still being billed for the insurance after I was advised that it would be cancelled. I made a call on the 14th of July and spoke to a consultant by the name of Fourtune and was advised that it was not cancelled and that an escalation would be sent so that it can be cancelled and I would receive feedback from her by the on of business on the 14th latest 15th. Till this day this Fourtune person has never contacted me with feedback. I now contacted the insurance on the 11th August and spoke to Mbali who advised me that the service is cancelled and I need to speak to customer service so they logged a tick with the billing so I get refunded. When I was done with her I did just that and spoke to a very arrogant consultant named Linda Zondo who behaved as if his being forced to work or assist me. His the one who wanted a job there no need for him to behave like his being forced. Nevertheless he logged the tick and provided me with a Ref number. Three days into the case I was told from a customer service consultant that the case is still open and that she would push it for me. Yesterday 16th August I got an sms stating my case is closed. Today I get a email with my bill and I'm still being billed for the service. So I need to understand how the hell did I go through all those consultants and my service is still not cancelled. What kind of training is being given if these guys don't have a clue of what they are doing but have the audacity to be rude to clients. I just need my bill to be fixed and services to be cancelled as per request without having to be dragged throughout the whole MTN and still nothing done.
