Arrogant consultants

Very disappointed with the level of service from MTN. They don't even have knowledge of their own network.

All I wanted to know was if their data rolls over or what should I do for it to roll over. A consultant by the name of Tshepiso Mohasoa made as if she was seeking a manager to assist me then hung up.

Disgusted at how they are not concerned with assisting customers who ultimately pay their salaries. I'm yet to still wait for a call from a manager.
