Arrogant and dishonest MTN
When using the *141# command,it always shows that I have my data and sms's still available, but my talk time shows nothing.<br> <br> MTN deducted more than R800 from my bank account (I budgeted for R300) and cannot tell me why there never shows any airtime / talk time. I have checked on the 1st and also on the 7th and 8th (as that is what time my cotract usually runs over). Nothing.<br> <br> The call centre agents are of no help and just gives a jhb land line number on which you hold for AGES and which again just ramps up the bill even further.<br> ***<br> And then I get a RIDICULOUS answer like this:<br> \I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Please note that the charges were for data charges over and above your provisioning

Kindly note that your talk time is now in minutes, when you check your balances you will see the number of minutes you still have available. As per the previous response your account did not have a limit and you were able to use your phone even without airtime, minutes, data bundle or sms bundles. Out of bundle charges were accumulated after you have used up your allocation hence your bill was high.
