Arrears paid up, line still not connected

I have been emailing mtn, calling ***. No response to emails. and calling *** is just pointless as i never get through to a consultant.. I have a contract with MTN which was in arrears. I requested the arrears amount which was R3102.84 and i paid a total of 3600 with last payment on the 25May. I paid extra because i thought i should add extra fr May Subscriton. However my line has not been reconnected. I have sent emails to MTN since 25May and no response came. Id like them to clarify when my line will be re-activated or how much i need to pay to be reactivated.
