Arrear account payment arrangement

<p>Good day on the 16/2 i notified MTN collections via email i'm in arrears and did propose a payment arrangement as follows: Can i please make an arrangement to pay an amount of R4000.00 on month end and there after R4000 until my account is up to date? I think before the 25th of March my commission will come in and the account will be settled in full. Can you confirm if both my phones is completely blocked and when are you able to open my lines to receive calls. I do apologies for this late payment arrangement, i was following up with the attorneys and due to the deeds office that has a back lock my registration is delayed and therefore i cant receive my commission.Your consideration for the above arrangement would be much appreciated. Can i please have a written email as to why my lines is not open to recceive calls as promised and why my contract is been terminated if you except the payment arrangement and i kept to it.
