Arial Booster investigation

I called MTN for Booster Ariel ***investigation because I want to apply for a booster ariel, but I will only get one once they investigate (10 days) and approve me.<br> The first time I called was 29th January, ref ***, called again on the 12 feb spoke to Nhlanhla with bad attitude and told me he has assigned it to Tebogo Rafoneke. Called again 19 Feb and spoke to Busiwe and she was sending it to the supervisor because there was not report from Tebogo yet. Called again today 10 March and spoke to Nhlanhla again and he gave me some long story about its been sent to investigations but they still haven't been to the towers and the neighbouring towers, - so there is actually NO REPORT. so simply there has been nothing done. <br> <br> How long does it take for the employees of MTN to get a better attitude and follow up on their work. People have been retrenched so that they can accommodate the employees with attitude to play around at MTN expenses, I strongly suggest that MTN HR look at their employees, <br> Its clear that they not interested. MTN suffers with a bad reputation because of the few rotten apples.
