Are you trying to NOT pay my claim?

I've been trying to get an insurance claim processed for more than three weeks MTN and still my screen is broken and all I get is SMSs saying my claim cannot be processed because there is information outstanding. I have sent you EVERYTHING you asked for - TWICE! Do you do this on purpose so that you don't have to pay out claims? I've been paying insurance on this phone for more than SEVEN YEARS and you can't process one measly claim. It's disgusting.

Reviewer Update
Dear Ishie, Not only have I been liaising with MTN Insurance directly, but I have sent NUMEROUS emails to various email addresses over the past FOUR WEEKS! I am not the consumer who just jumps onto HelloPeter at whim. I finally got a call from a lady (the timing of it, after this review is noteworthy) and my claim has been approved (grudingly, because I was unable to provide proof of the fact that I have the phone - over and above the money that's been paid to MTN over the past years of course). I now have to pay my excess and be without a phone for anything up to 10 days so that it can get fixed. It all just leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth of someone who has been an MTN customer for more than seven years, has paid their bill religiously every month. I will not continue as a customer of yours, I see no reason to continue with this contract or to renew it.
