Are there real people?

Suspected phone ******, blocked phone by contacting MTN. No problem! IMEI number supp****, done and dusted. Found phone. Tried to unblock. Phone MTN: “Please key in phone number”. No problem. “Key in PIN number”. I don’t know it as I rely on iPhone security code, so last used pin +/- 3 years ago. So, “You have not entered a valid PIN number. Please try again later”. Not helpful! NO option to speak to a human! How can MTN assume their options cover all possible problems? Is customer care not engaging with the customer? AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
