Are there ********** activities at MTN?

MTN makes changes to customer accounts left, right and centre - WITHOUT a customer's permission. Is this an indication of ********** activities at their offices? Visiting the Morningside, Sandton store twice the past month did not help to resolve any of the issues. Should one rather open a case at the Police station?
