Are there any People at MTN?????

***-Helena Ciriani MTN is absolutely the WORST place to TRY and speak to a person-everything is automated and when the automated phone selection tells you that "0" will direct to a consultant, it says SELECTION NOT VALID. It is quite obvious that MTN does not wish to speak to its customers. I have been TRYING to buy 1GB data (as it ran out with all this load-shedding)- unsuccessful 3 times-How the blazes am I supposed ti buy data if I am unable to do so. Tried on MTN cell App tried on MTN-CHAT WhatsApp. Failed not because I have no funds in account but only God knows why. I would not be surprised to learn that load-shedding has a part to play, however, my inability to speak to an actual person at MTN is really the worst case scenario.
