Are ********** working with MTN staff? Or MTN doesn't really care about their customers.

<p>I have been with MTN for the past 5 years but recently I am regretting ever porting my number to their network. Their call centre agent are rude and unprofessional. The branch staff is clueless they have no assistance at all. Can someone please please attend to my problem, a contract was activated **********ly in my name, I have submitted all that was required but now I am left with a bill that needs to be cleared from my name because it accumulated **********ly and I have never received any feedback from their forensics department . now my services are always suspended due to this *****ulant outstanding balance and whenever I contact the 808 my calls gets hung up without me getting a solution and the reference or am told to just pay up and stop giving them hustles. </p>
