Archaic vetting system to approve existing customer for additional contracts

<p>I app**** for a new data contract with MTN Woodlands, with me being an existing MTN client I would have thought that the approval process should take less than a day. Going on 3 days now and I still have no feedback on the outcome of the application. Also I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the MTN shop in Woodlands boulevard without success they do no answer their telephone.</p>
