Approved faulty device nightmare

I am very disappointed with the level of service I am receiving from MTN, taking note of the fact that I have been a loyal client for almost 6 years. I personally delivered a faulty device at the High Value repair center in Midrand on 28/12/2016 hoping that this would make the process quicker and more efficient rather than dropping it off at the store. The device was checked on the 28/12/2016, on the 29/12/2016 I was approved to receive a new device as the one I brought in was confirmed to be faulty. I was given given a collection number (COL ********** 848). I was informed that I need to contact MTN Direct in order for them to dispatch a new device, I was informed that the warehouse was closed and was due to open on the 3/01/2017 I patiently waited for the warehouse to open in order for me to proceed with this process. I called MTN Direct on the 3/01/2017 and instead of them offering any assistance, I spoke to a very unprofessional and rude supervisor, Silindile Mdofu who threatened to cancel my contract, amongst other things, instead of listening and addressing my query as a client. I have been talking to different people from MTN and none have been able to resolve this. May this query please be addressed and treated as an urgent matter. I do not see why I should be inconvenienced for a faulty device that has nothing to do with me. My number is ********** 529.
