Approved contract but no delivery
I ordered a MTN Steppa Tablet , 2 weeks ago from MTN Direct Store. My contract was approved with in hours but now after almost 2 weeks I'm still waiting for the delivery of my tablet. I contacted both MTN and the courier several times but never get anything more than promises.<br> <br> This is very bad service from MTN, and I've been a loyal client for years - I'm now considering take my business to another Cellphone provider.<br> <br> I need this resolved as soon as possible - and need to to know how MTN will prevent this happening again in future
