Approved but no device or SIM card since black Friday last year!!

I signed up for a contract on Black Friday and till today they cannot give me my device and SIM card because they still don’t have stock of the watch.. I am an existing customer and I’ve signed more than 1 unlimited contract deals with them.. why advertise deals if you cannot keep up with demand ???
