Approval of E-Sim

Assistance of esim approval and issue taking longer than expected. I arrived at the store (Mall of Tembisa) on Friday 02 of Jan 2026 to request sim swap to e sim. The process is taker longer and when I ask for feedback from the store I am met with vague responses. I would like to convert to e sim as this will assist me better with the conduct of my business, however the store management and conduct is disappointing to meet this goal. I went back today to th3 store and met with the same attitude and lack of professional ethic.
