Applying for 2 cell phone on my name

Good day I app**** on the 11 January 2022 for 2 new cell phone contract on my name at MTN Bloemfontein. Till today nothing is going through on the system so that the lady can assists me or print the documents for me to sign. Verry BAD !!!!
