App**** for a contract on the 21/11/2015 and was told that it takes 24-48 to process and I will be contacted as soon as possible. Feedback not received so I decided to go to the shop to find out what the exact procedure is. Sipho the consultant who assisted was just seating and did not bother assisting me as a client. One of consultant checked on their system as to how far my application is and he confirmed that it is still in processing three days later which is not the policy according to my knowledge.
