APP**** FOR A CONTRACT WAS APPROVED !!!! EVERYTHING WAS DONE

I am a very good client with mtn, i have a few contracts i took one out and said to the lady once i app**** and it gets approved i want another one so it was approved immediadly, i then another application and received a sms that contract was approved!!!I went to the store and the consultant told me that they are busying stocktaking but showed me the phone and also tried giving me the phone but the system did not allow because of the stocktaking, i then left R113 with her for the simcard, she said i can pick up the phone later, when visiting the shop again she said she is waiting on a credit limit increase, i will have no problem, then she called and told me the supervisor told her i must apply again for a 36 month contract then it will go through so i did it so want to know will the limit be increase??very misleading cant tell a client that application has been approved show the phone take the sim connection fee and now i must wait again for approval !!!!!! my salary is almost R41 000 pm come on mtn!!!! why struggeling increase my limit i did the application on 2017/12/08 and the 2017/12/07 one was approved but terminate as the supervisor told we must take out a 36month contract!!!! If i struggle with this new application will take this further as you can mislead a client!!!
