Application & staff disappointment

I am extremely disappointed in the service from MTN.

I app**** for a business package on Saturday 6 April, I sent all documents needed to Thabisa, and was told they would process on Monday and get back to me that day. It is now Wednesday the 10th and my application is still “processing” Every day I call in and every day I get told it’s still processing, that they will escalate and call me back in an hour with information. Not once have I received a call back.

I then decided to call MTN head office, to be told “If it says processing, then there’s nothing you can do, and you must just wait” in a very arrogant tone of voice.

I am disappointed and am really considering cancelling the application, as I’m clearly not important enough to receive any call backs, to have my application accepted.

Please note I tried to call you, unfortunately you were not available on your number. Kindly provide us with the store details where you made the application so we will follow this up.
