application process

Hi I app**** for a new Mtn contract the beginning of January on the online shop My application was for the white Sony m5 on mtn 50 at R239 per month is MV***, I heard nothing back after a week so I called the call centre who then processed the application. They said I would hear back in 48 hours.... that was on the 15 of January. On February 5th after hearing nothing back for weeks, I called again and was told that my contract had been approved, but they were waiting for the number to be ported and that only the lady (Thandeka) who had helped me would be able to assist me as it was \her application\". Yesterday I got a message to say my contract was not approved. I see that the contract is no longer available n your online shop... Please can you explain to me what the problem is as I do not believe it has anything to do with the reasons stated on your sms"
