application pending for a full month

i app**** for a new contract, supp**** the required documents and 1 months later i had to go there only to find out that they out of stock and my application has not even been captured. <br> <br> totally unacceptable!! to wait a month to be told that we still out of stock. how will the headoffice know that the product is in demand if our applications are not being processed? <br> <br> i need answers asap. <br> <br> email adress : [Email Removed]
