Application of a 2nd handset badly handled

I have been an MTN client for more than 4 years. On the 19 Oct 2015, I app**** for a second handset (S6). I was assisted by a Sales Consultant based in Johannesburg. He gave his name as Bradley. On the 21 Oct, I called in to ask about the progress of the application. As usual, I battled to get through the sales dept. When I eventually did, I explained to the consultant that I need to speak to Bradley regarding my application.. After several failed attempts to be transferred - I left a message asking that Bradley call me back. At 11:45, I noticed a missed call from MTN. Fast forward to 17:00, I eventually got a return call from Bradley.
During our conversation, I ended up cancelling the order because of his interrogative attitude. He failed to acknowledge that he captured certain information wrong which was delaying the delivery.
I will never renew or have a contract with MTN once the current one expire in 2016. If a person makes a mistake, which is normal, the least they can do is to acknowledge and not come with a defensive mindset like Bradley.
