APPLICATION FOR NEW R79 PM LINE TAKES 9 DAYS
I app**** for a new line at Blue Chip Cellular in Benoni on 1/9/2015. I have been back several times as, although I paid for the sim card, the line is not operational. I was asked to prove my income last Friday, which I did - despite the fact that I have been with MTN for about 20 years and have 4 other lines! Still, the line is not operational - I have called every day this week and each time I get various different responses: It is all sorted, I will follow up and yet still it is not operational and I have not received one phone call with any kind of explanation. This morning the number goes unanswered.
