Application for anew contract Approved but the store can not give a Sim card.

<p>I apply for a Black Friday contrct Sim card at MTN and it was approved but When I go to the store to get a contract sim card I am told that they can not give me a sim card since my limit that what loaded is low. how can you at MTN approve a contract that you know that you will never give it to me? Poor service. You should have decline the contract and make things simple.I even logged this query with MTN last week Wednesday still no reply from them. I receive an email that says one of the Operation Administration will phone me and give me a reference, still nothing. Bad Service from MTN. I closed my contract with MTN long ago because of the bad service. I thought that things have improve but things went from Bad toWorst. Email I receive have this number on top # ********** 4 I do not know if it is a reference number or not. I am not happy.</p>
