Application for a contract

<p>I went to MTN Mall of Africa on the 4th of December to apply for a contract phone with all the required documents. I was advised by the consultant that the process would take 48 hours for me to either get a approved or declined notification via sms.Two weeks later and aprroxiametely 350 hours later, i still haven't gotten any sms. I have called the store several times only to be told stories regarding backlog and how my documentation had to be resubmitted, i can only assume that this was due to ignorance on their part, other times my number has been taken so they canl me back or update me and up until now, one has bothered to call me. I'm very disappointed by this lack of proffessionalism and efficiency. </p>
