Application approved, debit check confirmed but still no phone

Guys what's going on???? You guys better not debit my account because my application was approved but i still don't have the phone.

I went to the store to pick up the phone on Wednesday at Westgate and they said they are doing an investigation i should give them till Friday, they will contact me to give feedback.

I'm trying to call the store, also sent numerous emails but no response

Why are you guys treating customers like this? If you check your system I've been inconvenienced more than once, no one wants to take responsibility and resolve this issue for me, everyone wants me to do the run around why??

Is it because I'm black hence the treatment??
