Application approved but still no phone.(frustrated client)
<p>I am very disappointed in mtn...as I always loved their services...Ive been with mtn prepaid fr 10years now...and was satisfied...until recently when I decided to support them for an Iphone 6 plus...my application was approved on the 23/09/2016...but when I went to select the phone in gardiner street mtn,I saw that was promoted..they said theres no stock..why promote a phone thats not even there?then I decided today to go to change the phone to an iphone 7 plus...they also said the same thing no stock for the plus...so Im very angry right now as I was going to pay my money...to get their contract services but I always have to wait for a phone...why do mtn promote a phone that is not there?Im thinking on monday to cancel the contract compleatly and I will tell this publically that MTN is a joke...im very upset I even want to change networks now..</p>
