Apple Update Issues
<p>I've had apple devices all my life and currently I have an iPhone 6s and 5s. The problem I'm having is with my iPhone 6s and its battery issues since the iOS 9.3.4 update, my battery lasts until 20% and then as soon as I receive a call or Whatsapp message the phone dies, this same problem occurred with my sisters iPhone 6. I was referred to the iStore in Gatewa by MTN and they have done a diagnostic test on my phone and the results were all good, not a single problem was detected. I have currently 12 Apple devices in my household and this is an issue that's becoming extremely difficult to deal with. All I'd like is for my problem to be sorted as soon as possible... </p> <p>I just need my phone working normally again..</p> <p>Please help....</p> <p> </p>

Kindly be advised that you will need to book in the handset with our High Value Repair Centre and the repair centre will need to do inspection assessment to your handset and when all warranty criteria is satisfied, A repair or an exchange may be performed.
I trust you find the information valuable and note that all care will be taken in handling your handset by the Repair centre in the best interest of the client
