Appauling service at Mtn Ghandi Square!

I do not have the words to describe the service levels of that branch.

1. Upon entering the store there is no sense of direction you walk in and customers are clustered everywhere there is no one or anything to direct a que one fellow was even seated on the steps of the entrance floor people were walking over him to enter the store.

2. There was an elderly gentleman who needed assistance he was berated and shouted at instead of being handled with patience and understanding bearing in mind that this individual is an elderly member of the community.

3. It is picked and chooses which customers are treated 1st i waited to be serviced for an hour with people continuously being served before me who arrived after me because there is no sense of direction and 2people walked out whilst waiting to be assisted.

4. The agent who assisted me could not give me answers i had to contact the customer service line because he could not provide me with simple answers to my questions and after all of that I still walked away without any assistance.

I am unhappy with the overall service of that place the customer service levels are extremly alarming 1star is far too generous for that place.
