Apparently I am a *********

Went to the MTN store at Sandton City to upgrade an existing contract that I have had for years and the guy helping me kept coming back to ask for identification. I gave him my I.D, Drivers Licence, Bank cards and medical aid to prove that I am me. I understand them trying to combat ***** but do not treat your loyal customers as ********** because my I.D was water damaged. I was UPGRADING which means I am an existing customer. I have had my contracts for years now and all of a sudden I cannot upgrade because this guy thinks because I am black I must be a *********.<br> I was truly traumatised by this experience and I am considering cancelling my contracts with MTN because of this. how does a loyal customer that has never defaulted on a bill or had issues with MTN suddenly become a *********. I cannot understand.
