Apparent out of Stock Nokia 535

I would like to upgrade to an Nokia 535 deal at MTN. I have been at the main MTN branch twice. Ianda helped me the first time. Promised she would call if the phone was \in stock"";went to ask that same day. This was in April 2015. I am still waiting for the call. <br> I went a second time to the same branch. Only to be told AGAIN that there is no stock!!! I then asked for the manager which surprise surprise was not there. Sure. So how many complaints and people do I have to speak to to get the deal I WANT AND THE PHONE I WANT? Or should I consider another service provider??? This is the SECOND TIME I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ON HELLO PETER ABOUT YOUR SERVICE TO SORT OUT A SIMPLE MATTER! I GET THE IDEA THTA YOU EITHER WANT ME TO UPGRADE TO A PHONE OF YOUR CHOOSING OR DO NOT CARE FOR MY BUSINESS. AND IN ANYCASE I AM SURE THE CONSUMER ACT PROVIDES FOR THE FACT THAT I CAN CHOOSE WHAT PHONE AT WHAT PRICE I CAN UPGRADE TO."""

Hello charlene_parker_,

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points

We are awaiting stock however, the challenge lies in the turnaround times, which unfortunately, we have no control over.

We do indeed share your disappointment in this regard, however we look forward to updated communication from our marketing team on the expected delivery time

Kind Regards
Winnie
