APPALLING SERVICES FROM MTN

TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!

Debit order is loaded for R317.66, at the end of July 2025 they decided to debit my account twice, 1st amount R240.00 and then another amount R77.66 ( i didn't authorize this by the way) - they never received the R77.66, which placed my account in arrears.... Furthermore, it wasn't even discussed with me that they've decided to cancel the debit order, so no payment went off my account for September 2025. Upon me following up with them, i was helped by several people, of which one managed to tell me the debit was cancelled.... What kind of appalling services is this where no notifications are sent to the client of their intentions? On the 1st October 2025, i received an email from Veronica at the Complaints Management Department, requesting for my information for them to further investigate..... TO DATE, no response, no feedback, no acknowledgement.

SHOCKING, TERRIBLE SERVICE
