Appalling Service from Numerous *********** People

I queried an MTN deal almost a month ago, then received a call 3 days later only to be told I will be called back. Then never received a call. Went through to a branch and they couldn't assist as they did not have stock. That was still 2 weeks later, I was referred to speak to the Call Centre, since MTN Direct does not answer their calls, an agent at the branch had to get someone to call me. Needless to say a week later I call back only to be told it was still sitting with a supervisor to authorise. Here I am in the 4th week of waiting and I receive a contract for an incorrect deal. I have sent 2 emails complaining without a single call back to assist. 6 minutes to wait to get in contact with your call centre. No interest to call me back and absolutely no level of competence when dealing with my request and here I am an existing customer with 2 contracts with you!!!!!!!
